Hi,
Please make sure that the Gtranslate plugin is enabled. Also check joomla global settings and make sure that Use URL rewriting option is enabled.

Hi,
I noticed that you added some redirection and scripts for Russian, German and English languages. There are ru.thml , en.html,de.html files in the root directory.
Please remove the redirection and mentioned files and GTranslate will work properly.
I can see that the GTranslate plugin is working for another languages. For example you can enable French language and check.
