Template correction not working

Hi,
I have Gtranslate on my site and I really appriate it but I have a template problem when de top translation bar is visible. I saw the post about template problems and tryed to add css at the top of my template.css file as mentioned and I have no result. Actally, the body is moving 40px but I would need the complete html page to move so I would keek my design intact.

Try to use other than Google Default translation method.
