Translated urls redirecting to main site

Hi,
My client just pointed out that the translated versions of the site are redirecting to the main homepage. Please can you see what the problem is?
site is www.clondalkingroup.com German site is de.clondalkingroup.com and defaults back to main site...

We didn't get a reminder, it seems strange that it would have expired as I think we bought the subscription less than a year ago. Will our content still be there?
