translation of popups

We have popups that provide information to the map on our new homepage (http://de.urbanaccessregulations.eu/newhome).
How can we get the popup boxes on the map to translate?
The map is on Arc GIS, but the data for the popups come from our database at our server.

I have checked, the popups are not Javascript-generated text.

Hi,
Not sure how you checked, but they are generated by javascript. Whenever you click on a point on a map it sends a request to your server http://de.urbanaccessregulations.eu/min ... astore.php to grab the popup data. Your server responds in JSON format which cannot be translated.
If you re-code it, so server will respond in HTML format and your javascript will parse HTML instead of JSON, it will work.

Thanks, we'll try that. The popups are through an existing mapping package, so I don't know if it'll be possible to re-code.
