URGENT PROBLEM: COMPONENT DOESN'T WORK ON 3rd LEVEL DOMAIN

Good Morning
We have purchased a copy of GTranslate Pro (GTranslate Pro Order #85649) but when we have chosen the domain on wich the component will work we have written only csaboxdoccia.it (the main domain) but because the JOOMLA is installed on a third-level domain shop.csaboxdoccia.it THE COMPONENT WON'T WORK!
Please send us indications on how to solve this issue, the main domain is only for email purposes, there is nothing on, our JOOMLA is on shop.csaboxdoccia.it

Only one thing: how we can install the new license? is sufficient that you activate remotely?

The license is active. Please select "Redirect" translation method with "Operate with Pro" option ON.
