Why it doesn't translate alt tag ?

Installed with the gtranslate pro, but recently I realize it do not translate the image alt tag. I think image alt tag is useful for driving traffic from google image search.
By the way, it seems we can not edit the alt tag for the images manually.

Unfortunately alt tag translation is not implemented.
