Could you please suggest a plugin/widget with flags and link to the language? (For example us visitors can click on the English language)

You should be able to customize the language selector to meet your needs. It is easier to customize free HTML code. You can download it here https://gtranslate.io/#pricing/
Also you can check the source code of our website and copy the language selector code.
