after update 3.14 version I find myself in 'error 404 not found ( just homepage )
for another page/articole nothing happens. does the translation.

Are you sure that you have placed the # gtranslate config block after RewriteEngine On line as described in the readme.txt?

Can you check for example if you have files in gtranslate/cache/en folder?

is very slow the first time. After that exists in the cache is great.
