Can't save configurations

Hi. I've to say I am starter level on making website, using wordpress and others.. I have build a page using a theme and setup gtranslate. I am making configurations like change language from turkish, the flags etc.. I click the button save. it says changes saved but every options comes back to as they were at first. when I look at the website there is a text like go setting and make configurations for gtranslate to see in action. Can anyone help me what I am doing wrong? Thank you.

Thank you for your respond Yana. But I don't use any cache plugin. At least not that I know.
