Can't Translate URL

Hi, i have a problem on translating the URL of my pages in my website. Usually appears a little green arrow that make able me to change the corrispective URL using the command "?language_edit=1" at the end of the URL, but it doesn't appear at the moment. Yesterday was everything ok. Can you help me?

The problem seems to be resolved by itself, maybe it was a temporary problem.
