Hi Yana, We are facing some issues on cloud.gromsocial.com. We have already purchased GTranslate Pro version. Issues are: 1.) Url has been changed according to language but Site doesn’t translate the language. It shows message: “Cannot translate: Social Networking For Kids By” 2.) When I am trying to customize any word then it shows to complete the order. What does it mean? Can you tell me the reason and way to fix it out. I am sharing you the debug file. Hi, Google detected unusual traffic from your computer network and blocked the IP address of your server. You can contact your hosting provider and ask to change IP address or we can upgrade your license to Enterprise version for one year.

Hi Yana Can you please upgrade Gtranslate Pro to the Enterprise version for cloud.gromsocial.com. Please send us the instruction as well.

Hi Yana Still most of the pages of cloud,gromsocial.com is not translating. Some of the pages throw nginx page error. Please look into this issue. Steps to find these page: 1.) Go to cloud.gromsocial.com 2.) login with username: abhishekj Password: 123456 3.) select portuguese language. Now you will find nginx server issue. Click on "abhishekj" the top right side icons. You will get here nginx server issue. There are many pages. Please let us know the reason and how we will be able to solve this issue.

Hi, Please check your page response time. If the first request takes longer than 5 seconds you will see an error. You may use cloudflare to make your website fast.
