Exclude website title

I'm desperate not to translate the website title. For me its loads of work to change all the main page titles manually.
If it is possible to exclude only one word from being translated it's also fine. The word 'Zeeland' is translated in a wrong word in every language, but this needs to be in the title!

Hi,
You can add class="notranslate" attribute. It supposed to work with any tag.
