Filter words to not translate

Hello
Is there a way to mark or select a word so it doesn´t get translated ?
Example: "Irmãos Britto" my client doesn´t want this to be translated as this is the company name.

Dear Chris,
Yes, you can add class="notranslate" attribute in the source code. It works with any tag. For example
<span class="notranslate">Irmãos Britto</span>
