Flag spacing inconstinent

Hello,
You can go to www.boattreasure.com and click around. You will see the flags at the top of the site. I would say about 1/3rd of the time they load with no spacing.
It is driving me nuts. I have been messing with this on and off for a month and cant seem to see what is causing it.
Any help?
It is the free version for now and joomla 2.5. I want to use the pro or maybe the enterprise for SEO reasons, but I would like to see this work correctly first.

Hi,
Please use validator.w3.org to check your website for HTML validation errors and try to fix at least end tag errors if any.
