How can I refresh my translated pages

Hi
My site is linked to the Trojan.‘And it has Spam links in my source code.
I've removed it but the translated pages still have them.
Please tell me how to refresh all the translated pages.
The Google indexed them with Spam links.

Hi,
If you have cleared you original website it will be cleared from translated versions as well, make sure to clear your browser cache.
