Insert dropdown in menu

Hey !
I have downloaded GTranslate free version and i would like to buy Entreprise version but i am wondering if there is a way to put the dropdown menu on my top navigation menu (top left) as you can see here: http://www.mphenligne.com.
i am using wordpress

For WordPress you can use the following php code to put the language selector in your template
