Hello,
I have the PRO version for one domain with Joomla 2.5. I am now upgrading my site to Joomla 3. How can I upgrade my PRO version ?

For both versions you should use plg_gtranslate-1.7.zip file. You can find the installation instructions here https://gtranslate.io/docs/
