mod_date disappear when translate

hi, i need some help. i'm using this translator module, but when translate something strange happened. i'm using joomla 1.5.23, and one of the modules that i use is mod_date. the strange thing that i found was when i do the translation, my mod_date seemed to be not published. Look at the picture below :
