possible to force a page to be translated when the page load

Is it possible to force a page to be translated when the page loads in Joomla 3?
I have a site I have separated into English and Spanish but have not yet translated Spanish pages yet.
I'd like the menu items in Spanish to be forced to translate into Spanish automatically.
