Problems when shifting languages

Hi, I have found a new problem with my new GTranslate Pro site.
When I shift to another language (Danish or English) in the starting page and then want to go back to Swedish by clicking the Swedish flag I get a 404 error as the url is nowire.se/se/index.php this only occur on the starting page and now I have seen that itäs not everytime.
This is pretty weird, is there a solution to this?
My sites URL is: [url]nowire.se[/url]
