No robots.txt file to amend

Hi there,
I'm just trying to install the GTranslate Pro plugin but I have got stuck.
at installation point 5 I need to
"Modify robots.txt and add this line on the end of the file (replace yourdomain.com with your domain name)."
But my site doesn't have one.
It also doesn't have a sitemap.txt file for point 6 either.
Help!

Dear Chris,
You can create sitemap.txt and robots.txt files and upload to your server.
