hello, i'm using the pro version for my joomla site --> http://www.yannanderson.com unfortunately, the "BIOGRAPHY" page is not translated, but all other pages are translated.... can you see what's appened please ? thank you so much in advance for your precious help [email protected]

Hi, I've checked the source code of your website. You use iframe to show your site. You can try to change iframe source and add the current language code. <frame src="http://www.yannanderson.com/$_GET['glang']/site" />

hum sorry, i test it but it dosen't work... same probleme if i check direct my site WITHOUT frames : http://www.yannanderson.com/site --> all is ok BUT NOT the biography page... do you have an idea for fix this beug ? regards

Hi, I can see that you have non formatted long texts. Can you separate long texts with many sentences by wrapping sentences with <span> tag . Ex. <span>Sentence 1</span> <span>Sentence 2</span> etc. There are problems translating long text more than 3000 characters Here is an example <span>Born in Bienne (Switzerland) in 1978, Yann Anderson has been fascinated by music since early childhood.</span><span> By the age of 5, he had already spent many hours listening to Abba and other disco groups.</span><span> He was fascinated by the tones and by the different instruments used to create the music.</span>

Hi, There are some limitations on the number of characters you can translate per day. Please try to add ?force_translation=1 to the end of the URL.

if i write : http://www.yannanderson.com/fr/site/bio ... nslation=1 ---> it's good, but how can i do for the code "?force_translation=1" can be everytime at the end of url `?

now, "french" is ok, but if i choose "chinese" the biography is in englsih...

Over time everything will be translated but if you want to translate instantly you can force the translation.When you add ?force_translation=1 you force the translation process to be continued. If there are too many requests google can ban you. If you installed Gtranslate General version you can add &force_translation=1 in your .htaccess file.
