Subdomain Licence Please *URGENT*

Hi Edvard,
I have tried PM'ing you but my message stays in the outbox so I am not sure if it has sent.
I purchased a licence yesterday for my website, and I need to add a licence for my test subdomain.
I have also sent an email via your contact for this morning but still have had no reply. I would normally just sit and wait but this is quite an urgent topic I am needing to fix, and I need to test the translation before putting the new site live on our main domain.
Any help would be much appreciated, I have already read in your forums that you allow up to 5 subdomain licences.
