Translate not working in IE

I am having a problem using the GTranslate plugin on IE. The flags and dropdown show, but the page does not translate when you click a flag or select a language from the dropdown.
I am seeing this issue on IE 10 and IE 9.

Hi,
Please try to change the translation method to "redirect".
