Translate rewrited URL

Hello,
I use rewritting for url for E-commerce.
url is like that : domain.com/kjnsfkjdqni-c10.
c-10 == Categorie 10.
So url can be domain.com/abcdhkfsdhndiudfnsin-c10 and destination is the same !
I want to translate : abcdhkfsdhndiudfnsin when url is domain.com/en/, or domain.com/de or domain.com/xx/
Please make me special version, thanks a lot
How can i do this with pro version?
