Version Differences

I installed version 1.0.24 a while back and it's worked perfectly since, instantly translating my pages. I wanted to install the plugin on new sites but all of the new versions redirect me to Google Translate's website and the entire experience is different. I can't find version 1.0.24 on the servers anywhere either.
Why is this?
