I also use the gtranslate pro for my other websie, it does not have this problem. but the Enterprise versin occurs this problem some times.

I have two website, one is in hostmonster, another one is in justhost. But this problem is happened at the same time. Why the hostmonster and justhost blocked your ip at the same time? The webhost told me they have not block your ip, it is your webhost problem. and Why you webhost only have 1 IP, even if they block you ip, you can use the spare IP. I also use the pro version, even if the webhost block your webhost ip, why they do not block the bing or google translate ip???????????? But hostmoster and just host told me 100%, they have not blocked your ip. You need to help me change to the pro version. I do not want to use your enterprise version/

Hi, 94.23.220.123 is our proxy IP address. Please ask your hosting provider to check again and whitelist our IP.

The hostmonster and just host told me they have not block your ip. It is your webhost problem. If you webhost have many IP, you can change the other IP. I also use your pro version, it works well, why they only "block"your ip and does not block the bing or google translate ip??? It is your webhost problem........... Please ask your engineers fix this problem or change the pro version to me. I do not want to use your enterprise version again.

Hi, This is not our webhost problem. Please check again if you have installed any security extension please check the settings. The Pro and Enterprise servers are different and if you are blocking gtranslate Enterprise server the Pro version will work. Can you please post your domain name?
