Although my host has white listed the ip, I still get the message appearing now and again. A temporary fix (lasts 72hrs) is achieved by my host manually 'throwing a switch' somewhere. They tell me that due to the excessive connections being made by Gtranslate, my host thinks it is a DDOS attack. They have asked is there a way you can limit the number of connections it is making to my host ? p.s. this is the Enterprise service, and apart from this, it has always worked like a dream !
