So we should un-check any that we don't see in that dropdown? (Do you think this is a definitive list?) Is there a list somewhere of what to un-check? Examples in the Microsoft list and Gtranslate but does not translate: - Estonian (et) - Finnish (fi) Any suggestions? Thanks

I think you should uncheck everything, then check only those languages you really need. I think that the most of the languages you will need are supported by both Google and Bing.
