Hello is it possible to exclude links in my page from the rewriting rule which rewrites all paths with the choosen language. background is the following. We mixed a fixed translation in our website for english and german with the gtranslate module. When somebody chooses e.g. italian from the gtranlate select list. and wants to go back to german the rewriting rule lets the page been translated. We should exclude the links for the fixed translation in the rewriting rule. You can see the problem in the following testpage http://www.blattner-fewo.de/sprachentest.html Can you help? You can add class="nturl" to the other 2 flags a tag (<a href="..." class="nturl"...) and it will not add the language code into the URL. Hope this is what you want.

Hi Edvard for a short time it works, then came the problem with the 302 error pages. This works again from today morning but the links became rewrited again. I think you use the old version of GTranslate Pro. You need to upgrade to v3.141.

The Pro version is the same for all.

But what do i have to fill in the config.php define('USER', 'user'); define('PASS', 'pass'); I use the contao backend for configuration. can i uncomment this?

Hello so i just did nothing and now it will translate half of the contents. The navigation will be translated, the main texts are not translated and also most of the links were excluded, even they that not have the ecxlunde class. please just check www.blattner-fewo.de and see self. We schould have right now a working version for our customer, because he has paid already the money for the pro version. best regards Joachim

Hi, I'm little bit confused. Do you have mixed German and English content? What is the default language for your site? Do you have a language detection option enabled? I have noticed that the links in your left menu have relative path in href attribute. Can you add real path to them? So instead of href="unser-service.html" it will be href="/unser-service.html". When I go to http://www.blattner-fewo.de/en/ I can see everything is translated into English, do you see the same result?

Hi sorry i was out of office. If i open the link the site will be in english. Also the translation will work right now in all languages. but the links in the main menu have not rewrited link. so the .../fr/... e.g. is missing and you will jump back to the german site. before the update the links worked well, so it could be not a problem of the system i think. Could there be anything with the rewriting? best regards

Probably you didn't notice that before. Please check my previous post and fix the URLs.
