Merely open the file using archive manager (Ubuntu Linux)
Nothing more

Try to download it again, may be the file was downloaded partially.

Tried 6 times - weird
Still same error
Will open it in windoze and see if anything changes

Thanks for this issue report. It is fixed now. I have changed the package format to zip instead of tar.gz and it works now. Please try now.
