ip s not on he black list

Hi. Why does the plugin does not work consistently. Sometimes it gives an error ip address. My hosting says ip is not on the black list.

Hi,
This can happen if your hosting provider is blocking our server IP address 94.23.220.123.
It would be better if they can whitelist our IP address.
